Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChatYub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ChatYub.

ChatYub provides AI-powered creation tools including text assistant, image generation, and voice synthesis through a web-based Studio.

Services are delivered on a self-service, fully automated basis. Credits are required for each generation and are deducted automatically upon successful output.

New users receive 10 welcome credits upon first sign-in. Additional credits can be purchased through our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use ChatYub.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

One account per person. We may suspend accounts that appear to be duplicated or automated.

Credits are the sole currency for using AI tools on ChatYub. Credit packs are sold as one-time purchases via Stripe in USD.

Credit usage rates: Text — 1 credit per 1K tokens; Image — 8 credits per image; Voice — 3 credits per 1K characters.

Purchased credits do not expire. Welcome credits and promotional credits may be subject to separate terms.

All prices are displayed before checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Credits are delivered automatically upon successful payment.

We do not offer subscriptions in the current version of the service.

You may use ChatYub for lawful creative purposes including content creation, design, and personal projects.

You may not use the service to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware instructions, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent credit systems, rate limits, or security measures.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to ChatYub or its outputs as an API proxy service.

Daily usage limits apply per user and platform-wide to ensure fair access. Limits are enforced automatically.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using outputs.

ChatYub does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

You retain responsibility for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

ChatYub's platform, branding, UI, and technology remain our property.

Subject to applicable law and third-party AI provider terms, you may use AI outputs generated through your account for personal and commercial purposes.

We make no warranty that AI outputs are free from third-party copyright or trademark claims.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party API outages, or rate limit exhaustion may temporarily affect service.

If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. See our Refund Policy for details.

ChatYub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChatYub in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You may stop using the service at any time. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
