Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Payment information: Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect billing details according to its own privacy policy.

Usage data: We record credit balances, recharge history, AI tool usage (text, image, voice), generation timestamps, and credit deductions to operate the credit system.

Content you submit: Prompts, text inputs, and generation requests are transmitted to our AI service providers to deliver results. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Technical data: We may collect browser type, IP address, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication and session management.

We use your information to provide and maintain the ChatYub platform, including AI text, image, and voice generation tools.

We process payments, deliver purchased credits, and maintain your account balance and transaction history.

We enforce daily usage limits, prevent abuse, and protect platform availability for all users.

We may send service-related notifications such as payment confirmations. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve service reliability and performance.

Google OAuth: Used for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to data handled by Google.

Stripe: Used for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

AI service providers: Your inputs are processed by third-party AI infrastructure to generate outputs. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Account and transaction data are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes.

Generation inputs and outputs are not permanently stored after delivery unless required for troubleshooting a failed request.

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure API key storage, and access controls on our infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may revoke Google OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings.
